Each morning I open my laptop and check up on the new and changed listings in the Valley and the South Country. I always have favorites that I often share on social media, but I thought I would loop you in this way too – you never know what might catch your eye!

My Favorite Listing of the last month is this 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom home on Rosen Lake. With its beautiful views and lovely kitchen, I can imagine sinking into the jetted tub each evening thanking the stars that I live just steps from the lake. Best Value – A home that I think is a great value, and a little more affordable for the average family is this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Sparwood. The Highest Priced Listing on the market in the last month is this 5-bedroom, 4 bathroom home on .42 of an acre on Timberline Crescent at the ski hill. Listed at $1,700,000. I had the pleasure of touring this property this week – BEAUTIFUL. Cozy and cabin like without the squishiness off too little space.
