I’ve had a busy month with three sets of clients making purchases – a couple of new-ish Teck employees making the Elk Valley a more permanent home and a lovely client with a fresh start taking advantage of the beauty that is River’s Edge (there are still a few left – due to be completed this summer!). Here is my take on the last 30 days: My Favorite Listing of the last month is this this 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home on 1.07 of an acre at Tie Lake. It’s in ground pool is the highlight for me. The kid in me still wishes for one 😊 It is listed at $1,925,000. I keep finding myself imaging all the ski in/ski out convenience. Home for a warm lunch and stripping down to sink into the tub without the drive home.
