Mariah Runions lives and loves life in the mountains, enjoying the Fernie weather all year round. From the world famous powder at Fernie Alpine Resort, to taking in the sun and sand at Lake Koocanusa or the other beautiful lakes around Jaffray, BC.

Mariah is passionate about helping you in your search for your dream home or mountain chalet. She specializes in Real Estate in Fernie, Sparwood, Jaffray, Baynes Lake, and Rosen Lake.

Mariah is a mother to three darling daughters, two beautiful retrievers, and wife to her dedicated husband, a third generation Fernie local. She prides herself on her long lasting relationships with friends, colleagues, and clients having opened her first Fernie based business in 2003. Mariah is a connection builder and loves to ensure the people around her always feel comfortable, included and valued.
